Overdale Community - Ladies Fitness and Health Project

Grant funding will be used to set up a new ladies fitness and health project at the Linden Centre, funding will cover the costs of room hire and a fitness instructor.  The new group aims to give women in Overdale and surrounding areas access to a safe environment to meet, get fit and healthy and build contacts with each other within the community.
