To determine, if appropriate, any further submission to LGBCE in support of the council's preferred council size of 54. If a further submission is agreed that the Assistant Director: Law, Democracy & Public Protection, in consultation with the Chairman of Boundary Review Committee, be delegated with ensuring a submission is submitted before the deadline of 3rd December.
