4.0	Update on the Sustainability of Services and the Shrewsbury and Telford Hospitals NHS Trust
	To receive an update report on the current position regarding the sustainability of services at the Princess Royal Hospital and the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital. Simon Wright will provide a verbal update on the current position for the provision of A&E and critical care and Vikki Taylor, Locality Director NHS England North Midlands will provide an update on the response by the NHS system to support local services.
5.0	Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP) and Future Fit
	Simon Wright (Chief Executive of the Shrewsbury and Telford NHS Hospitals Trust and Chair of the STP Board) to present the Sustainability and Transformation Plan for Shropshire and Telford and Wrekin. Dave Evans, Telford & Wrekin CGG Chief Officer and Future Fit Accountable Officer, Simon Freeman, Shropshire CCG Chief Officer and Vikki Taylor, Locality Director NHS England North Midlands will provide an update on the timescales for the Future Fit Programme including the timescales for consultation and when confirmation will be received regarding the availability of capital funding.
