4.0 Service & Financial Planning Strategy 2016/17 – 2018/19 (Draft Budget Proposals)

(a) To receive a presentation on the draft budget proposals from the Cabinet Member for Council Finance & Service Delivery subject to amendment by Cabinet on 7 January 2016; 
(b) To consider the proposals and agree items for further scrutiny at future meetings including planning provision for scrutiny of alternative budget proposals put forward by the Main Opposition Group.
