Councillor R.K. Austin will move, in accordance with Council Procedure Rule 11, the following Motion: 'This Council believes that the decision to withdraw from the City Region was flawed as the decision means that Telford & wrekin Council no longer has a permament place at the City Region Board, which diminishes the ability of this Council to access regional funds.' The motion will be seconded by Councillor C.F. Smith
