Newport Covid Memorial Woodland

Grant funding will be used to create a "Newport Covid Memorial Woodland" as a lasting memorial to the town's struggle through the pandemic and lock-downs and a testament to the resilience of the community.  Around 40 native specimens will be planted on Strine Park.
