Home Start Telford & Wrekin
Grant funding will contribute towards a new project enabling Home-Start Telford & Wrekin to increase the number of young vulnerable families they are working with. This will be by providing a timely response at the point of enquiry from referrers through telephone/online support whilst the family wait for a volunteer to be assigned to them.
