83 (St Georges) Sqn RAF Air Cadets

Grant funding will be used to purchase outdoor equipment including: rucksacks, 2-4 person tents, compasses, OS maps, waterproof over layers and camping stoves for air cadets from low-income households to use when undertaking their Duke of Edinburgh expedition. Grant funding will also contribute towards purchasing flight simulation equipment such as throttles and control columns for cadets to use during their aviation studies.
