Womens Health Project

Grant funding will be used to start a new Womens Health Project promoting the health and wellbeing of women of all ages, across Madeley, Sutton Hill and Woodside.  A programme of activities, classes, groups and events will be planned to encourage women to meet, speak and work together to promote positive life choices, make friends and take part.  The project will work with local community groups, partners and stakeholders to broaden the offer and provide appropriate advice and support and with local youth clubs and schools to tailor parts of the programme for young women with the hope that they feel more confident to take part and speak about their health and wellbeing.
