Telford & Wrekin Young Carers (Telford & Wrekin CVS)

Grant funding will be used to purchase 200 vouchers to be exchanged for Child Day Saver bus tickets which Telford & Wrekin Young Carers will distribute to children and young people for whom transport costs are a barrier to attending Young Carers session or trip.
