5.0	Shadow Health & Wellbeing Board
	To receive an update report from the Assistant Director – Social Care Specialist on the shadow Health & Wellbeing Board including the Cabinet report of 29th March on governance arrangements and the development of the Health & Wellbeing Strategy. Cllr. Richard Overton, Deputy Leader and Chair of the Shadow Health & Wellbeing Board will be in attendance to answer members’ questions.
