The two Primary Care Trusts, Shrewsbury & Telford Hospital NHS Trust and the Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust are working together to develop an over-arching strategy for health services across Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin.
Representatives of the Telford & Wrekin Primary Care Trust and the Shropshire County Primary Care Trust will give presentations on the six Care Pathways:
