4.0 Update on the Implementation of Telford Housing Options and Access to Affordable Housing
The Home Improvement Team Leader will provide a verbal report on the implementation of the Housing Options scheme to assist people in finding the best solution to their housing needs. Representatives from the Bournville Village Trust, Bromford Housing, Sanctuary Housing and Wrekin Housing Trust will also be in attendance to discuss the role of Registered Social Landlords regarding access to affordable housing in the Borough.
5.0 Safeguarding Adults in Telford & Wrekin
The Director of Health, Wellbeing & Care will present the Telford & Wrekin and Shropshire Adult Safeguarding Annual Report, and update the Board on the safeguarding requirements of the Care Act 2014. Attached to the agenda are Adult Safeguarding Annual Report (appendix B1), report to 16 October Cabinet on Care Act 2014 (appendix B2) and Proposals for an Adult Safeguarding Board (appendix B3)
