the Committee are requested to note the dates of the meetings scheduled for the 2010/11 Civic Year are as follows: Tuesday 27th July 2010 at 6.00 pm; Tuesday 21st September 2010 at 6.00 pm; Tuesday 2nd November 2010 at 6.00 pm; Tuesday 1st February 2011 at 6.00 pm and Tuesday 29th March 2011 at 6.00 pm. All meetinga will be held in the Reception Suite, Civic Offices, Telford, unless other wise stated.
