The Committee are requested to note the dates of the meetings of scheduled for the 2010/11 Civic Year are as follows:
Tuesday 21st September 2010 at 6.00 pm; Tuesday 2nd November 2010 at 6.00 pm; Tuesday 1st February 2011 at 6.00 pm and Tuesday 29th March 2011 at 6.00 pm - (this meeting is subject to change - date to be confirmed).
All meetings will be held in the Reception Suite, Civic Offices, Telford, unless otherwise advised.
